  6. Se ralla el queso Chihuahua o manchego y se agrega al sartén, se revuelve bien y se prueba para ver si no le hace falta sal y pimienta, de ser así se rectifica el sabor, se deja hervir dos minutos y se apaga.
  7. Cuando se sirva en un plato se le puede espolvorear tantito queso parmesano para mejor sabor.
