  2. Se pone en un pocillo a calentar agua, una vez hirviendo se apaga y se agrega el arroz, se mueve para que se le salga el almidón, una vez que el agua se ponga blanca, se cuela y se enjuaga hasta que el agua salga limpia.
  3. En una cacerola se agrega un poco de aceite, una vez que el aceite esté bien caliente se agrega el arroz y 3 pedazos de manequilla, se voltea el arroz hasta que se comience a dorar, una vez dorado ligeramente se agrega la salsa de chile poblano, se deja hervir hasta que casi esté consumido, posteriormente se agrega el caldo/agua restante, se sazona con sal, se tapa y se deja hervir a fuego lento, cada 15 min se voltea hasta que el agua se haya consumido.
