  1. Se pone a freir el pollo en una cacerola a fruego medio, después de 5 minutos se pica el pollo con un tenedor o cuchillo por diferentes lados (esto es para que el pollo absorba el limón y el vinagre y sepa más)
  2. Después de picar el pollo se agrega una parte del el vinagre y el limón, se mueven las piezas de pollo para que se remojen en el vinagre.
  3. Cuando se evapore un poco el vinagre se agrega pimienta y caldo de pollo en polvo y se revuelve de nuevo para que toda la pieza quede salpimentada
  4. Cuando las piezas quedaron bien impregnadas del vinagre, limon, caldo de pollo y pimienta, de ponen encima las papas, se baja a fuego lento y se tapa la cacerola.
  5. 5 minutos después se pone el vinagre restante y se mueve para revolver las papas con el pollo, se prueba como va el cocimiento de la papa y si le hace falta pimienta o caldo de pollo ( yo uso el caldo de pollo en lugar de la sal por q le da mas sabor a la comida, pero si se desea poner sal es correcto tambien)y se tapa de nuevo.
  6. Debemos estar checando como va la cocion de las papas para que no se ablanden de mas y se deshagan.
  7. ya casi al final se pone la crema/nata y se revuelve con cuidado, se deja unos 5 min mas en fuego lento y se apaga.
  8. Mientras mas se repose tedra mejor sabor.
