Una vez limpias, secar con toallas absorbentes o alguna servilleta que nos sirvan para secar las alitas.
Pasarlas por harina, sacudir el exceso, (puedes secar las alitas y dejarlas así o condimentar con sal y pimienta, yo no las condimento por que la salsa estará condimentada) - Poner a fuego alto un sartén con aceite (que cubra las alitas) cuando esté muy caliente bajamos el fuego a bajo-medio y añadimos las alitas, Cuando tengan ese color doradito ya están listas y ponemos en papel absorbente para quitar exceso de aceite.
- En otra sartén hay que tener la salsa calentándose para pasar las alitas por la salsa y servir.
