- 2 huevos
- 1/4 tz salsa soya
- 2 cdtas jugo maggi

- 1 cebolla
- 2 zanahorias
- 2 varitas de apio
- 1 corona grande de brócoli
- Aceite canola o vegetal el necesario

- Picar la carne en trocitos pequeños y marinarla con la soya, el jugo maggi, los ajos y la pimienta por aprox 1 hr
- En un wok o sartén bien caliente poner un chorrito de aceite y saltear la carne moviendo constantemente, una vez cocida, sacar y reservar. Poner un poquito más de aceite y saltear de la misma manera los huevos procurando que no queden resecos, reservar.
- En el mismo sartén poner un poco más de aceite y se saltear los vegetales previamente rebanados de manera fina (yo uso el procesador de comida con la navaja para rebanar es muy fácil y rápido, inclusive el brócoli)
- Una vez que están cocidos pero aún crujientes se añaden la carne, los huevos y el arroz. Se revuelven vigorosamente y esta listo para disfrutarse. Yo no pongo sal porque para mi gusto con la sal de la salsa soya y el jugo maggi es suficiente pero es cuestión de gustos. Si es del agrado, al servir se pone salsa Sriracha al gusto...😋😋😋
