- Ya cocidos los chayotextles escurrir. Colocar en una cara un trozo de jamón, queso y colocar encima la otra cara. (Puedes usar otro tipo de queso). Sujetar con palillos, en el refractario untar un poco de aceite de oliva y colocarlos, añadir la salsa y tapar con aluminio. Meter al horno a 180° C a que derrita un poco el queso y servir.
