- 1 jitomate
- 1 pedazo cebolla
- 1 diente ajo

- En la licuadora ponemos el chile jitomate cebolla ajo comino pimienta y licuamos muy bien
- Ponemos una sartén con un poco de aceite una vez caliente con ayuda de un colador agregamos nuestra salsa(no agregamos sal)
- Mientras tanto en otra sartén con suficiente aceite freímos unas tortillas cortadas en tiritas hasta que estén bien doradas las ponemos en un recipiente con papel absorbente para desechar el exceso de aceite
- Una vez lista nuestra salsa ya que haya sazonado quitamos del fuego y ponemos nuestro caldo de pollo y agregamos la salsa o al revés si la cacerola de la salsa es suficientemente grande una vez en el fuego nuestro caldo agregamos también el orégano y el laurel ahí probamos y vemos si necesita sal agregamos dejamos hervir por unos 10 minutos y apagamos
- Servimos el caldo con un poco de tortilla y quesoo.....
- Nota:si quieres un toque de picante en tu caldo puedes licuarle también chile chipotle ya sea de lata o que tu lo hiervas el chipotle o puedes licuar el chipotle y agregr a cada plato que guste ya servido le da un toque rico y picosito el chipotle.....
