  6. Coloca el refractario dentro de la bolsa de hornear y cierra, ponla en el horno precalentado a 360 grados F (180gradosC) por dos horas, revisa que la carne este y lista.
  7. El zacahuil se sirve : en un plato con una hoja de plátano sirve el zacahuil y le pones zanahorias y chiles jalapeños en escabeche y listo.
