  9. 1 lata elote

  1. Toma la taza de arroz y llévalo a remojar en agua por 1 hora, después enjuaga muy bien, deja que se escurra toda el agua, usa una cazuela de teflón para que no se pegue, calienta la mantequilla y aceite agrega cebolla y ajo fileteado, una vez doradito, agrega el arroz unos 3 a 4 minutos agrega 2 tazas de agua usa la misma medida que usaste para el arroz.
  2. Agrega 1 cuchara de Knorr las ramas de cilantro, en cuanto hierve baja fuego y desde aquí contamos tiempo entre 10 y 15 minutos, en mi caso 13 minutos apaga, deja reposar apagado 5 a 8 minutos, agrega 1 lata de lote escurrido.
  3. Retira cilantro ajo y cebolla, y listo el arroz para servir.
  4. Nota: puedes agregar el elote en el paso del cilantro o al final (opcional) puedes retirar o no la cebolla ajo y cilantro, yo si lo hago porque no me gustaría echarme la cucharada de arroz y masticar el ajo. El elote lo agregue al final realmente porque se me pasó agregarlo antes 😬.. como te das cuenta cuando ya está listo? el grano esta a punto de reventar y casi no tiene agua, se va secando.
