- c/n crema espesa
- c/n queso rallado (manchego, gouda, chihuahua, gruyère, de aro)
- c/n moronas de chicharrón
- c/n hojuelas o tiras de chile guajillo frito (opcional)

- Calentar la mantequilla con el aceite en una cacerola sin que humee, y saltear la cebolla y el ajo.
