  9. 1 tza caldo de pollo
  10. 3 cdas aceite de oliva
  11. 1 pizca sal
  12. 1 pizca pimienta

  1. Empezamos teniendo todos los ingredientes listos.
  2. Cortamos la cebolla, la zanahoria, el diente de ajo y el tallo de apio en cuadros pequeños. Reservamos.
  3. En una olla mediana, colocamos el aceite de oliva extra virgen, y sofreímos el ajo hasta que aromatice.
  4. Luego colocamos la zanahoria, la cebolla y el apio finamente picados. Durante un minuto de sofreírlos añadimos las hojas de laurel y el tomillo. Continuamos revolviendo.
  5. Pasado un par de minutos, añadimos la carne molida de pollo y la salteamos con el resto de los ingredientes hasta que cambie de color.
  6. Una vez que la carne se ha cocinado un poco, añadimos la sal, la pimienta, mezclamos bien y añadimos el vino blanco.
  7. Revolvemos muy bien y dejamos que el alcohol de vino blanco evapore; una vez que se ha cocina por unos dos minutos más, vertemos la taza de caldo (si no tuvieran pueden usar agua).
  8. Finalmente se mezcla todo perfectamente; en cuanto vuelva a hervir, bajamos el fuego, tapamos y dejamos cocinarse por 30 minutos. Listo ¡Buen Provecho!
