  4. al gusto Sal
  5. 3 caderas de pollo sin hueso o pechugas
  6. Sazón para el pollo yo usé uno que no lleva sal
  7. 2 cdas aceite
  8. 1/2 pimiento rojo (yo usé de lata)
  9. Salsa soya
  10. 2 huevos
  11. 1 cda aceite
  12. 1 cdita jengibre en polvo
  13. Cebollas verdes (o de verdeo)

  1. Cocinar primero el arroz en agua hirviendo y 2 cdas de aceite y ten cuidado con la sal pues luego le añadirás la salsa soya. Mientras ir cocinando el pollo en las 2 cdas de aceite y cortar en trozos
  2. Cuando esté listo el pollo corta en trozos más pequeños y corta también el 1/2 pimiento. Como es de lata ya esta blando
  3. Revuelve los huevos y cocina una tortilla en 1 cda de aceite y cuando esté lista pícala en cuadritos
  4. Ahora cuando el arroz esté listo, en un sartén grande añades 2 cdas de aceite y el jengibre en polvo. Y vas echando el pollo ya cocinado y todos los demás ingredientes incluyendo la cebollitas verdes picaditas, menos el arroz ni la salsa soya
  5. Y dejas cocinar por unos minutos, entonces añades el arroz (👁 ojo yo no usé todo el arroz, pues uno de mis hijos solo come arroz si es blanco 🤷🏻‍♀️) y mezclas mientras le añades la salsa soya a gusto. Yo usé unas 3 cdas por eso del sodio pero puedes echar más.
  6. Listo 🙅🏻‍♀️
