  3. Pones mantequilla en la fuente y Colocas la pascualina
  4. Y en la mitad pones la mezcla de la espinaca con dos huevos picados
  5. Ahora prepara el pollo. Lo hierves en agua con sal por 15 min hasta que se cocine y no este rosado. Lo desmenuzas
  6. Cocina la otra cebolla picadita con la mitad del pimiento picadito y cebolla de verdeo y un diente de ajo picadito en un chorro de aceite de oliva. Añades el pollo y sazona con sal y pimienta. Ahora lo pones en la otra mitad de la pascualina
  7. Le pones queso mozzarella por encima. Yo rallé uno de 8 oz
  8. Meter al horno en 375 F por 30 min o hasta que la pascualina se dore bien
  9. Y listo
  10. No quedó nada, se la comieron súper rápido 😛
