- En el poco de caldo que retiramos del pollo revolvemos salsa soya, cuatro cucharadas de harina, sal, tomillo, laurel consomé de pollo, agregamos a la olla y revolvemos bien.
- Revolvemos muy bien cada minuto, si está muy espeso agregar agua y mover seguido hasta que la verdura este cocida y la salsa tenga la consistencia deseada. Recuerden que el chaomein es algo caldoso.
- En otra olla con agua hirviendo agregamos laurel, tomillo, aceite y sal.
- A los 3 minutos de hervor agregamos los fideos para hacer chaomein. Damos el tiempo que indica en el envoltorio, al momento de tirar el agua de los fideos servir inmediatamente o echar agua fría para que no se hagan masa.
- Yo en lo particular no lo revuelvo, primero coloco los fideos y luego todo lo demás.
